Edmonton Transit Service Skin Pack

This is a WIP, highly detailed skin pack based on Edmonton Transit Service liveries. I spent a lot of time trying to make it as close to the real-world version as possible. It currently only has a DT40L skin; more vehicles will be added in the future. I decided to release it now because these skins take a long time to make.
