Alpha Beamsave

I have worked tirelessly on this mod, so I hope you enjoy it!!! ​ It's relatively self explanatory, but I'll explain anyhow. Beamsave is a UI app allowing you to save your cars' positions across the map and come back to them later. One example of this is if I have a group of buses at a depot, and I need to do something but I don't want to have to set everything back up again, I use beamsave and save a .bngsave file as bus-config.bngsave through the UI app. For changelogs & pre-release versions, visit github.com/TheBiggestNerd2014/beamsave
