Bind the controls you want or use the Controller app as an on-screen control panel with your mouse. Duty Mode gates most controls (siren, rumbler, warning, cycling) - enable it first, either through the mod's own control or the game's built-in lightbar toggle. Manual Pitch and the lightbar mode toggle work independently of Duty Mode. ​ Compatibility Works with any vanilla/moded car. Not designed to run alongside other siren-replacement mods on the same install. Works in BeamMP multiplayer - siren and rumbler state sync automatically. AI-driven police pursuits (vanilla traffic) use TrueSiren too, with a random tone. Not verified against career-mod traffic systems like RLS Career Overhaul.
